Job Posting : PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care Facilities BLOCK BOOKING ALSO AVAILABLE

Location : Portland, OR, and Surrounding Areas

Position Highlights :

  • Pay Rate : $40hr
  • Shifts : Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
  • Facilities : Long-Term Care (LTC)

    • Requirements :

  • Experience : At least 6 months of LTC experience GREAT FOR SOMEONE STARTING THEIR LPN JOURNEY
  • Licensing : Active LPN license in Oregon
  • Certifications : Current BLS or CPR certification
  • Health : Current TB test; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations or declinations
  • Compliance : Must pass background checks, state exams, and skills evaluations
  • Transportation : Current driver's license and a dependable vehicle
