This role is integral to improving patients' physical health and mobility post-surgery or due to chronic conditions. Evaluate patients and create individualized therapy plans addressing cognitive, emotional, educational, physical, and age-related needs. Collaborate with supervisors to compile necessary reports and data. Administer therapy and rehabilitation techniques, ensuring positive outcomes. Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of therapy equipment, reporting any issues for prompt resolution. Opportunities are available to work in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Work schedule includes Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.
