Acts as a patient advocate byinitiatingaction to improve healthcare or to change decisions or activities which are against the interests or wishes of the patient, and by giving the patient the opportunity to make informed decisions about healthcare before it is provided. Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards to ensure exceptional, patient-centered care. High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE)or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificaterequired 5 years of RN experience in the ICU or Red Zone ED trained preferred RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of Californiarequired BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)required Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire or transfer intojob.
