Live Well Family Medicine () has an excellent outpatient opportunity for a BE/BC Primary Care Provider to join our growing primary care group in Chandler, AZ. We are a team of two experienced MD's and three Physician Assistance and offer competitive salary, benefits, CME, sign-on and relocation assistance. Live Well Family Medicine seeks quality driven healthcare provider to our well-established patient base. We aim to provide the best level of healthcare, focusing on our patients. Our practice focuses on treating each patient as a whole person while providing patient-centered, comprehensive, primary care for all ages. We take our time in getting to know our patients and their medical history.

Pay Range

$120.00-$122.00/hour
