Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage top technical talent across Software Engineering, Data, and Security

Build and maintain strong pipelines for multiple engineering searches with clear headcount targets

Run structured first-round recruiter screens to evaluate motivation and technical fit

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup

Proven track record of sourcing engineering talent across at least one domain (Software, Data, Security)

Skilled in creative search techniques and using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

Ability to run structured and professional first-round screens

Highly organized and adept at managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
