We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a EHS (Safety) Professional to join our Chandler, AZ. office.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Provides technical expertise and advice in HSE-related requirements and issues to the appropriate levels of management with the customer.
• Provides the customer project / program management staff with HSE technical support in their development of project-specific HSE plans, identification of HSE-related project budget and staffing resource requirements, and other project specific issues related to program / project HSE compliance and operational requirements.
• Assists customer managers with meeting requirements of the company HSE program, including assistance with defining and delivering HSE training, participation in medical monitoring processes, and management of HSE-related licenses, permits, and authorizations required to perform customer business operations.
• Directly oversees the customer’s response to all customer incidents and assists customer management with the performance of thorough incident investigation and follow-up activities in accordance with firm requirements.
• Coordinates with the customer to implement requirements of the firm's HSE Program within the organization.
• Coordinates with the HSE Director to obtain support and resources as necessary to ensure the Subsidiary / Group Company is able to meet the regulatory compliance and HSE risk management needs for its business activities.
• Be available to respond to incidents during off-hours on a rotational basis.
• Performs such assignments and duties as the Supervisor may deem necessary from time to time.

Expected compensation range is between $90,000 - $145,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.

Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
