  • Join Our Fun Housekeeping Team! As a housekeeper in our hospital, you’ll play a vital role in creating a clean and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Your work will help ensure that everyone feels comfortable and cared for during their time here. Collaborate with a dedicated team in a supportive atmosphere where your efforts truly make a difference! If you’re passionate about cleanliness and helping others, apply today!

Responsibilities :

  • Cleans and sanitizes patients' rooms and bathrooms daily.
  • Disposes of trash and replenishes supplies according to proper procedures.
  • Moves furniture and other fixtures to dust and mop floor, resets furniture to present an attractive environment for patients and visitors.
  • Washes walls behind sinks and commodes.
  • Cleans and disinfects isolation rooms adhering to proper policy and procedures.
  • Cleans and disinfects ancillary areas. (Utility and linen rooms, nurse's stations, lounges, etc.).
  • Cleans and disinfects water fountains, sinks in hallways, telephones, and chair rails.
  • Vacuums carpets and damp dusts furniture weekly in office areas.
  • Empties trash and uses hand sweeper on carpets daily.
  • Understands procedures and properly disposes of infectious waste and trash.

    • Schedule : 5PM -1AM. The schedule will typically be 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. This opportunity will primarily clean the Operating Room and the Operating Room ancillary areas. . May be pulled to other areas / shifts / days at the needs of the Hospital.
