Key Responsibilities
Manage digital user flows and optimize customer experiences across web and mobile platforms
Establish objectives and success metrics for projects, monitoring key performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and develop effective digital strategies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of four years of experience in digital product management and customer experience
Knowledge of digital best practices for brand, lead generation, and e-commerce
Experience with digital content strategy, SEO principles, and customer experience management
Familiarity with key MarTech / Web solutions such as Sitecore CMS and Google Analytics
