Outbound Business Development Contractor (High Commission + Fast Career Growth)

This is a 1099 contractor role with extremely competitive commissions and limitless upside.
What You’ll Do
As our Outbound Business Development Contractor, you will :
Run outbound email campaigns through Apollo
Build and refine targeted prospect lists
Personalize messaging and test sequences
Identify potential hiring needs and generate warm conversations
Book intro calls between prospects and the founder
Track outreach activity and results inside our system
Receive hands-on coaching to improve strategy, targeting, and messaging
This is the top of the funnel — just like a typical BDR role — but without the corporate red tape.
Compensation (Uncapped Earnings)
This model is designed to pay far more than traditional BDR roles.
Stage 1 – Lead Generation Commission (10–20%)
Earn 20% of the placement fee for any client you generate through outbound efforts.
Most placements range from $20K–$40K , meaning 1 client could earn you :
$4,000–$8,000+ per placement
$10K–$30K+ per year from even modest output
No quotas, no caps — your pipeline = your income
Career Growth (Optional) :
If you want to move beyond outbound, you can advance into :
Stage 2 – Sales & Recruiting Apprentice (40% commissions)
Stage 3 – Full Desk Recruiter (80% commissions)
This is one of the fastest earning accelerators in the industry.

Requirements
Prior experience in outbound sales, BDR / SDR, cold outreach, or lead generation
Strong communication and writing skills
Comfort with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar
Ability to work independently and hit reasonable activity targets
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor
