QUALIFICATIONS
Our Lead DevOps Engineer is in charge of the architecture, strategy, and implementation of our software delivery lifecycle, overseeing all aspects from start to finish. This position ensures we deliver a quality product while optimizing and automating processes.
Requirements :
BS in an engineering or computer science fieldProven DevOps Engineer experience with a portfolio of designing and implementing CI / CD solutionsExtensive Docker experience, including writing optimized Dockerfiles and managing container lifecyclesHands-on experience integrating security tools into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, SBOM generation)Experience with artifact management systems such as JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Packages, or NexusExpert-level knowledge of GitHub Actions, including workflow creation, custom actions, and optimizationStrong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or GroovyExcellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to advise technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Criteria :
Proven experience building a CI / CD pipeline in a startup or similarly fast-paced environmentExperience using code quality and analysis tools such as SonarCloud, clang-tidy, or include-what-you-useExperience integrating Cl / CD with Jira and Microsoft Teams or SlackCMake experienceFamiliarity with compiled languages (e.g., C++) and build systems (e.g., CMake)Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related servicesYOUR IMPACT AS OUR LEAD DEVOPS ENGINEER
You'll serve as both an advisor and implementer, refining processes and ensuring software is secure, scalable, and compliant. Your goals are to modernize CI / CD pipelines, improve build performance, optimize developer workflows, and integrate new security and efficiency measures. You will :
Implement end-to-end workflows for building, testing, and deploying applicationsDevelop optimized Dockerfiles and containerization strategiesIntegrate security tools for SAST, dependency scanning, and SBOM generationCreate and automate artifact versioning, storage, and secure distribution processesExecute robust secrets and credential management solutionsIntegrate automated testing, code quality analysis, and validation steps into the development lifecycleCollaborate with and advise development teams, review designs, and follow best practicesClearly document DevOps architecture, processes, and proceduresJOIN US!
