Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects, specifically focusing on high-rise and commercial construction. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines using tools such as Primavera P6 and Procore
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise and commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in project management software, including Primavera P6 and Procore
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
