As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and owning technical Accounting topics including but not limited to Inventory and complex accruals. This role will partner closely with Operations and Leadership to monitor financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting efforts, and assist in special projects including but not limited to system implementations and new process definition and development. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting data?driven business decisions.

Salary Overview:
The salary for this role starts at $75,000 per year, based on experience.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance, trends, and variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership and operational teams.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long?range planning processes.
- Monitor operating expenses, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand financial drivers and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision?making.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both finance and non?finance stakeholders.
- Uphold confidentiality standards regarding sensitive financial and business information.

Financial Analyst Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem?solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data modeling, analysis, and dashboard/report development.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information appropriately.
- Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
