Aircraft Technician

Job Description :

• Seal, fillet and fay, cap seal, brush coat, etc. for major assemblies, sub-assemblies, precision bench and integral fuel cell.
• Apply scotch cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal and pressure test, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements and established processes and procedures.
• Work with blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, etc. sealing to quality requirements.
• Perform any and all required pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing or check during or after final seal and / or seal progression.
• Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training, coaching and assisting employees of all classification levels.
• Integral Fuel Cell Sealing - Apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components.
• Additionally, the employee must have the skill and knowledge to perform one or more of the skills listed below, along with any lower level sealant level described below :
• Sealer - Major Assembly / Large structure sealing / Aerodynamic seal.
