Operate and support Blister Packaging Machines for clinical and commercial pharmaceutical products

Assist with cleanroom operations, following aseptic and gowning procedures as required

Complete batch records, deviations, and other cGMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Perform visual inspection and secondary packaging activities

Support daily manufacturing and packaging tasks, including :

Material weighing, dispensing, and issuance

Operation of equipment such as glasswashers and autoclaves (as assigned)

In-process testing (e.g., pH, conductivity)

Maintain cleanroom and manufacturing areas within required environmental conditions

Identify and report defects, errors, or nonconformances to supervisors

Follow all cGMP, GDP, ISO, FDA, safety, and company policies

Support training of new employees as needed

Participate in continuous improvement and documentation updates (SOPs, batch records)
