DIRECT SUPPORT PERSONNEL

Description:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends)

Location: 6239 E Brown Rd

Summary:

As a Direct Support Personnel, you’ll support adults in a day treatment program by helping with daily living needs, ensuring safety, and assisting with transportation and activities. You’ll follow individualized care plans, keep accurate documentation, and maintain a clean, respectful environment.

· Provide hands-on support with hygiene, meals, medications, and daily routines.

· Drive members to appointments and activities. (training provided)

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

· Follow care plans and accurately document daily progress.

· Support members emotionally and physically.

· Attend required training and keep certifications current.

· Being flexible in hours worked in order to assist with staff coverage if needed

Requirements:

· Must be 18+ .

· 21+ with a valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record (Driver).

· High school diploma or GED.

· Class 1 fingerprint clearance card.

· Able to pass background checks and obtain required certifications.

· Reliable transportation and flexible to cover shifts as needed.High School or Equivalent

· Flexible hours to work times as well as work locations to assist with staff coverage if needed
