A company is looking for a Vice President of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a 3+ year Procurement roadmap aligned with long-range growth plans

Lead and develop a high-performing Procurement team while fostering a culture of food safety and quality

Scale and diversify the supplier base to support significant volume growth and ensure service reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the protein / meat industry with senior leadership experience

Experience in dynamic domestic and global commodity markets

Demonstrated experience leading Procurement transformational initiatives

Ability to travel to supplier locations domestically and internationally
