Financial Controller

A company is looking for a Financial Controller focused on supporting a portfolio of industrial services companies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to business presidents, providing tailored financial insights and guidance

Lead full-cycle accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closes, and oversee inventory accounting

Identify and implement process improvements across accounting systems and develop internal controls specific to the industry

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

5+ years of experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting role

Proven experience in the industrial services industry

Background in small to medium-sized businesses; fractional or outsourced accounting experience a plus

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, POS systems, and Excel
