DESCRIPTION :

• 14 shifts per month
• Will consider part time coverage
• 12 hour shifts 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM
• Will be flexible on scheduling block shifts
• Local providers may be able to pick up single sporadic shifts
• 22 bed ICU
• Average census is 11 beds full
• Procedures : Intubations, vent management, central and arterial line placement, bronchoscopy, and thoracentesis
• Will do admissions
• Adults only
• Will remain on-site for entire shift Sleep room available
• Solo intensivist coverage
• Night shifts may involve Tele-ICU coverage for sister hospitals
• Physicians are considered partners
• Directorship path is available and encouraged
