Clinical Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical / Practice Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency and support clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage onboarding processes for new employees

Document and improve clinical and operational workflows to enhance client experiences

Manage project plans for operational initiatives and maintain company knowledge base

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in healthcare operations or practice management

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Experience with provider licensing and / or credentialing is a plus

Comfortable using technology platforms and guiding others through digital tools

Process-oriented with a focus on improving systems and workflows
