💻 Front End / MERN Stack Developer (React.JS & Accessibility)

📍 Locations : Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA

📄 Job Type : Fulltime

We’re looking for a Front End / MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js (18+) and Accessibility to build modern, scalable, and inclusive web applications. This role will focus on delivering responsive, accessible interfaces, integrating APIs, and defining front-end architecture patterns for enterprise-scale applications.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end front-end development with React 18+, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and React Query / TanStack .
  • Translate product requirements and UX designs into responsive, accessible interfaces .
  • Enforce design-system usage ( Storybook ), component reusability, and clean code standards.
  • Define front-end architecture patterns (micro-frontends, module federation), build pipelines ( Webpack / Vite ), and CI / CD integration.
  • Optimize performance (bundle size, code-splitting, memoization, virtualization).
  • Integrate REST / GraphQL APIs and collaborate with back-end teams on contract-first development.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • React.js ecosystem : React 18+, TypeScript, Hooks, Context, Suspense, Error Boundaries .
  • State & data : Redux Toolkit , React Query / TanStack, forms (Formik / React Hook Form).
  • Styling & UI : CSS3 / SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS (Emotion / Styled-Components) ; HTML, JavaScript, responsive design.
  • API integration : REST / GraphQL, WebSockets / SSE ; error handling, retries, caching, ETags.
  • Architecture : Micro-frontends, code-splitting, design systems, Storybook .
  • Build & tooling : Git / GitHub / GitLab.
