Salary : $19.50-$21.00 / hr.

Summary

The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. Assist the store manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of store operations to ensure continued growth and profitability. The manager must assist in implementing the basic guidelines of :

• Customer Satisfaction
• Marketing
• Profitability

Manage all perishable department operations. All perishable department managers report to the Assistant Store Manager.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Working knowledge of all store systems including POS, receiving, Kronos, pallet jack certification etc., Operation of the following : Baler / compactor (must be 18 years of age) Telephone Case cutter (must be 16 years of age) Scale Pallet jacks (must be 18 years of age) Wrapping Machine Marking gun Media scale Computer Oven Walkie Stacker (must be 18 years of age) Thermometer Ladder (must be 18 yrs of age)
