Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for our client (one of the largest private credit providers in the U.S. agricultural economy).

This is an Onsite 6-month contract role based in Greenwood Village, CO , offering a pay rate of $79.00 per hour. This role is a key part of a major cloud transformation initiative, supporting either the Lending or Leasing teams in building a Customer Digital First self-service experience and migrating legacy .NET applications from on-prem data centers to AWS .

Role Details

• Compensation : $79.00 per hour.

• Duration : 6-month contract (High potential for extension / conversion).
• Location : Onsite in Greenwood Village, CO.
• Framework : Scaled Agile (SAFe) – 10-week increments with 5 sprints.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture and Single Page Applications (SPA) using React and TypeScript .
• Designing and implementing robust APIs and microservices; work is weighted 60% Backend / 40% Frontend .
• Architecting a Data Lake House and automating business processes using Python (for big data / lending) or Node.js (for leasing / APIs).
• Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Factory and deploying containerized applications via AWS EKS .
• Driving the migration of legacy .NET applications to cloud-native AWS services as part of a strategic data center exit strategy.
• Collaborating within a high-performance team to build automated CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions .

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : Ideally 4+ years of professional experience (Senior level). A track record of hitting the ground running in fast-paced environments is essential.
• Frontend : Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript (experience with Vue is also highly valued).
• Backend : Deep expertise in Python (Big Data focus) OR Node.js / Express (API focus).
• Cloud & Infrastructure : Hands-on experience with AWS Managed Services , Terraform , and basic knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes (EKS) .
• Database : Strong SQL and data scripting skills for complex data environments.
• Soft Skills : A "Growth Mentality," strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a "heads-down" delivery culture.
• Education : Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred; AWS Cloud Developer / Architect certifications are a major plus.
