Talent Consultants is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services. In this role, you will design and implement evidence-based interventions to support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral challenges. The BCBA Therapist will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that promote skills development, independence, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze behaviors to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and supervise behavior intervention strategies while ensuring fidelity to the treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers, providing training and support to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with agency policies and relevant regulations.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes and schools.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
- Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices and research in applied behavior analysis.
Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or behavioral challenges.Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, assessment techniques, and intervention strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.Proficient in data collection, analysis, and use of behavioral software applications.Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.Benefits
