Position Purpose : McDonald's General Manager has the responsibility for providing leadership, directing and delegating the daily operational challenges to his / her assistant managers, ensuring compliance with McDonald's in all areas of operations : production, customer satisfaction, inventory management, team management, equipment maintenance and repair, financial management, and profit accountability. The person applying for this position must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be professional communicator and strong leader.
