Title of Position: Restaurant Recruiter

Job Description: The Restaurant Recruiter must be a motivated, friendly self-starter with personal discipline and an entrepreneurial attitude. The person in this position will establish recruiting needs by interviewing candidates and meeting with managers to discuss needs. The Restaurant Recruiter will attract applicants by placing job advertisements on various job boards and will determine candidate qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, and verifying references. The Restaurant Recruiter must know about internet search engines, exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to follow established protocol. This person must desire to mentor management applicants and impact lives daily.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Recruiter must have 3-5 years of Executive Management, Human Resource/Recruiting, Assistant General Management, or General Management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, resort, or casino.

· The Restaurant Recruiter must have entrepreneurial ambition and desire to be in business for themselves

· The Restaurant Recruiter must have the highest levels of professionalism and integrity
