The Workday HCM System Administrator & Solution Architect is responsible for the overall design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role serves as both a technical expert and a strategic partner, ensuring that Workday supports the organization's HR operations, business objectives, and employee experience.

The ideal candidate combines deep Workday technical expertise with business process knowledge to architect scalable solutions, manage integrations, lead system enhancements, and ensure data integrity and compliance across the Workday ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Field of Study : Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required.

Experience Requirements : 5+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope.
