Product Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enhance R&D operations and align objectives with business goals

Develop project strategies and frameworks that promote productivity and enable self-organization

Create and maintain documentation and playbooks to ensure consistency and standards across operations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a data-heavy environment

1+ years of experience as a power user or admin in Jira

Understanding of SDLC and project management frameworks

Ability to make data-driven decisions

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
