Our client is seeking an experienced Premises Liability Attorney to join a high-performing litigation team dedicated to advocating for injured plaintiffs. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in premises-liability matters—slip and falls, negligent security, property-owner negligence, and related claims—who is ready to take ownership of cases and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, plaintiff-focused environment.

You will manage cases from intake through trial, working with investigators, experts, and a collaborative legal team to maximize client outcomes.

What You'll Do

Manage a full caseload of premises-liability matters from initial intake through settlement or trial.

Investigate accident circumstances, assess liability, and analyze issues such as notice, hazard creation, foreseeability, and causation.

Work closely with experts in accident reconstruction, property safety, and engineering; review inspections, maintenance logs, and incident reports.

Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and settlement demands.

Conduct depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts.

Negotiate aggressively and strategically with defense counsel and insurance adjusters.

Support trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness prep, briefing, and delivering opening / closing arguments (as needed).

Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case strategy, updates, and settlement details.

Collaborate with intake teams, paralegals, and case managers to ensure strong client care and efficient workflow.

Stay updated on Texas premises-liability statutes, case law, and emerging safety standards.

What We're Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in the State of Texas.

3–7 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury with a focus on premises or property-owner liability.

Strong analytical, investigative, and advocacy skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and a varied caseload.

Experience working with technical experts and complex liability evidence.

Confident negotiator with solid trial-preparation skills.

Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to client service.

Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to a team environment.

Bonus : Trial verdict experience, familiarity with Texas safety codes and premises-liability standards, and relationships with relevant experts.
