POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for transforming product designs into scalable reliable and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Working in close partnership with Precision Mechanical Engineering this role ensures that new product designs are not only manufacturable but also optimized for throughput quality and efficiency. The Manufacturing Engineer will lead process development automation and continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate both New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) under R&D.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Manufacturing Support

• Translate design intent into robust repeatable production processes.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions assembly documentation and process flows.
• Design and validate production fixtures assembly aids and tools supporting semi-automated and fully automated manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Identify and justify capital equipment investments through ROI analysis.
• Contribute to team development by sharing expertise and collaborating with engineers and technicians to uphold manufacturing best practices.

Pay Range : $115000.00 - $130000.00annually

Bonus Eligible : This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
