Gibson Arnold and Associates is seeking multiple Lateral Partners with a $1 million book of business to join firms in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in healthcare law and responsibilities may include:

  • Advising healthcare clients on regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, and licensing issues;
  • Structuring and negotiating healthcare transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and affiliations;
  • Representing clients in audits, investigations, and administrative proceedings;
  • Maintaining and expanding client relationships while developing new business opportunities;
  • Collaborating with other practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions;
  • Mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the strategic growth of the healthcare practice.
