LBS's role includes :

Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff

Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs

Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness

Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles

Assessment of client progress over time

Pay : $65.00 - $80.00 per hour based on experience
