Commitment : Driven to be proficient with service delivery and quality metrics, insurance policy concepts, billing practices, and technical troubleshooting skills. Must be able to commit to the entirety of the training program and be receptive to coaching and feedback.

Insurance Service Representative – Commercial Lines (Hybrid in Worcester, MA)

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for managing customer contact and providing timely, quality service to Agents, commercial policyholders, and vendors, primarily through phone and email.
Key Responsibilities :
- Service Delivery : Provide timely, quality service by handling incoming and outbound calls and emails from policyholders, agents, peers, and others.
- Policy Servicing : Complete a large volume of Certificate of Insurance and ID Card requests within service level expectations.
- Outreach : Make outbound callouts for New Business, Renewal, and Customer Satisfaction initiatives.
- Additional Focus : Handle tasks such as First Party Collections calls / emails, Returned Mail requests, and managing incoming Voice emails.
- Quality Assurance : All calls are recorded for Quality purposes, and Call and Certificate Quality are reviewed monthly.
