Insurance Service Representative – Commercial Lines (Hybrid in Worcester, MA)

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for managing customer contact and providing timely, quality service to Agents, commercial policyholders, and vendors, primarily through phone and email.
Key Responsibilities :
- Service Delivery : Provide timely, quality service by handling incoming and outbound calls and emails from policyholders, agents, peers, and others.
- Policy Servicing : Complete a large volume of Certificate of Insurance and ID Card requests within service level expectations.
- Outreach : Make outbound callouts for New Business, Renewal, and Customer Satisfaction initiatives.
- Additional Focus : Handle tasks such as First Party Collections calls / emails, Returned Mail requests, and managing incoming Voice emails.
- Quality Assurance : All calls are recorded for Quality purposes, and Call and Certificate Quality are reviewed monthly.
Compensation & Benefits

Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service environment (call center or remote work experience is preferred).Technical Skills : Comfortable navigating PCs and standard business software, with the ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting.Commitment : Driven to be proficient with service delivery and quality metrics, insurance policy concepts, billing practices, and technical troubleshooting skills.
