Were seeking a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations organized and efficient inside our DME storefront. This is a vital, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, understands medical terminology, and has a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers, clinicians, and vendors both in person and over the phone
- Schedule equipment deliveries, manage logistics, and coordinate with drivers
- Process orders, prepare invoices, maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with billing, data entry, and medical documentation
- Organize files (physical and digital), maintain compliance documentation
- Communicate with referral sources, such as hospitals, clinics, and case managers
- Perform light warehouse coordination tasks as needed (labels, pickups, equipment tracking)
