The Antenna / Microwave and E3 Department provide innovative and affordable solutions to our customers in all business areas. We are responsible for designing phased array antenna systems including active and passive microwave components, radiators, radomes and a variety of RF subassemblies. We develop new technologies for advanced capabilities and provide support to all life-cycle phases of the best radar systems in active worldwide deployments and grow our people with exciting new challenges, on-the-job training, mentoring and purposeful rotations.

This is an onsite role located in Marlborough, MA.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate E3 standards
• Ensure balance with risk conditions and constraints while advising leadership.
• Visible and accountable for technical decisions.
• Technical contact with the customer to review requirements, technical commitments, IRAD, future technical needs, etc.
• Work across disciplines as our specialty requires interaction with Mechanical and Systems Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering

Qualifications You Must Have :

Experience with EMI / EMC analysis design and / or test

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
