Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Philadelphia PA
We are looking for a Family Practice Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical practice in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for a BC physician to join our dedicated healthcare team in providing high quality primary care in our medical rehabilitative practice. The job duties require performing comprehensive medical evaluations of patients, referrals for therapies, and ordering and reviewing of diagnostic testing. This position offers an excellent work life balance with no call, no nights or weekends, and hours ending at 1pm on Fridays. We have 3 locations, and the Physician will be working at one of the locations, Center City, NE Philadelphia, or South Philadelphia.

We provide our patients with high quality physical therapy and medical rehabilitative services. For more than 40 years, we have been diagnosing and treating traumatic injuries in NE Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. Our board-certified physicians and licensed physical therapists work closely with our patients to continue the tradition of dedication, commitment, and high-quality care. Each patient s progress is closely monitored. Our primary goals are restoration of function and pain relief. We use the most current manual techniques to treat and manage each patient to suit their individual symptoms, needs, and rehabilitation program.
Duties :
- Patient exam / evaluation (medical history, HPI, review pertinent records / imaging / reports)
- Order and review diagnostic imaging
- Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis and care plan
- Referral to therapy and other resources as deemed medically necessary
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the other healthcare providers for comprehensive care
