Overview

The Load-out Lead for our San Francisco hub will serve as CookUnitys on-site operational point of contact during dispatch ensuring smooth and on-time loadout execution.

This role is responsible for monitoring daily operations verifying accuracy in driver check-ins and handoffs and capturing real-time data to reduce delivery-related issues and improve visibility across partners.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Oversee middle mile (trucks) & last mile (drivers) check-in loading flow and dispatch timing to ensure on-time departures.
• Monitor loadout sequencing Gaylord container unloading and distribution order to maintain efficiency in addition to ensure proper handling of Cook Unity assets.
• Verify truck seals paperwork Onfleet readiness and route compliance before drivers leave the facility.
• Support coordination between 3PLs Fulfillment and Middle Mile Truck providers during morning load-out hours.
• Oversee bag & ice return program

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range for this position

$20 $22 USD
