Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SQL Developer to join our Agile / Scrum team.
This position will focus on managing and developing solutions for a project called 1Up Health.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL code and databases for 1Up Health project
- Collaborate with agile / scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions in line with project timelines
- Participate in daily scrum calls, sprint planning, and reviews
- Ensure data integrity and optimize database performance
- Develop and implement data standards and best practices for interoperability
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
What You'll Need
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field6-7+ years’ experience as a SQL Developer, particularly in healthcare or related industriesStrong knowledge of healthcare data standards and CMS InteroperabilityProficiency in SQL coding, database design, and performance tuningFamiliarity with agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to report progress effectively in scrum callsPreferred :
Experience with TCM auto assignment processesKnowledge of data integration and ETL processesUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare data managementExperience with Qvera would be a plusPhysical Demands
