We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic production team on a 12-month contract basis. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for building precision electro-mechanical sub-assemblies that form the backbone of our products. This is a fast-paced, on-your-feet position that offers a clear pathway to becoming a full-time employee for candidates who demonstrate technical proficiency, a strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build electro-mechanical sub-assemblies according to technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Install hardware stack-ups and perform simple wiring tasks within mechanical assemblies.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and equipment proficiently and safely.
• Handle and move materials efficiently to maintain workflow.
• Perform limited work with electronic components.
• Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and procedural guidelines.
• Participate in rework and quality inspections as required.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives (6S, PMT).
