Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving K-12 students within multiple schools located in Bradenton, FL. The role is strictly on-site, covering assignments at Sugg Middle School, Blackburn Elementary, and either Abel Elementary or Abel / Tillman Elementary. The contract spans the current school year with various start and end dates between January and May 2026.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 60 students at Sugg Middle School, including support for a self-contained / cluster program focusing on Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD).
- Deliver maternity leave coverage at Blackburn Elementary, collaborating with an existing SLP and part-time SLPA until April 2026.
- Assume full-time duties at Abel or Abel / Tillman Elementary starting in March 2026, replacing a departing SLP.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with state and district requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and learning goals.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Current valid Florida SLP license; candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome.Experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with K-12 populations.Ability to work full-time onsite, managing caseloads independently.No acceptance of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for this role.Location :
