Launch Systems Analyst

Overview

VTG is looking for multiple Launch Systems Analysts in Los Angeles CA, Colorado Springs, CO, Cape Canaveral FL and Vandenberg Air Force Base CA.

What will you do?

• Draft technical evaluations, briefings, analysis and reports required to effect program execution. LSAs collect, analyze, and evaluate data, and make recommendations based on results.
• Develop processes to determine the effectiveness of current activities, examine problem areas, and develop solutions.

Analyze and develop new requirements, plans and alternative solutions to support OSL enterprise.

Position requires a current and active TS / SCI with Poly; Years experience can be subsituted as follows :

5 YEARS EXP = ASSOCIATES 10 YEARS EXP = BACHELORS 15 YEARS EXP = MASTERS

The LSA-I position is an entry level systems analyst professional who possesses some working knowledge of government program management. LSA-I will develop briefings and assessments for a variety of Government customers and audiences and must be able to convey information in a clear and articulate manner. LSA-I will be required to support cradle to grave launch cnte1prise support activities. LSA-I contractors shall possess at least Programmatic Level II (P2) and the following expected qualifications :

experience and a familiarity with IC / NRO / SF contracting, budgeting and financial processes)

The Level-II LSA position is an intermediate level systems analyst professional who possesses proven working knowledge of government program management. Level II LSAs will develop briefings and assessment to a variety of audiences and must be able to convey information in a clear and articulate manner to Government leadership. Level II LSAs will be required to support strategic planning as well as cradle to grave launch enterprise support activities. Level-rI LSA contractors shall possess all LSA-I qualifications and at least the Programmatic Level III (P3) plus the following expected qualifications :

experience and a working knowledge of OSL contracts, budgeting and financial processes)

The Level-111 LSA position is a senior level systems analyst professional who possesses proven working knowledge of government program management. Level III LSAs will develop briefings and assessment to a variety of audiences and must be able to convey information in a clear and articulate manner to all levels of Government leadership. Level III LSAs will be required to support strategic planning as well as cradle to grave launch and launch support activities. Level-III LSA contractors shall possess all LSA-1 and LSA-11 qualifications and at least the Programmatic Level N (P4) plus the following expected qualifications :

Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners

Pay Range : VTG's estimated starting pay range is $130,000 - 195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
