Accounting Supervisor – CPA Preferred | The Woodlands, TX

Join our client's oilfield services team as an Accounting Supervisor . Lead GAAP accounting and financial reporting, manage core accounting functions, and mentor a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do :

  • Oversee general ledger, AP / AR, payroll, and cost accounting.
  • Review GAAP-compliant financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain internal controls.
  • Lead and develop accounting staff.

What Our Client is Looking For :

  • CPA strongly preferred ; Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, 3+ years in leadership.
  • 5+ years in oilfield services, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Advanced Excel; NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
