ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Job Summary :

Boucher Group Inc. is looking for an experienced full-time accounts payable associate to join our accounting team. This position offers step by step training under a team lead that will help you thrive. Our top-rated organization is adaptive and accommodating to the lifestyle of today's professionals. Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Full cycle accounts payable processing for multiple companies
  • Review and post invoices ensuring properly coded to correct GL obtaining necessary approvals
  • Tri-monthly payment vendor check runs including ACH and credit card
  • Monthly vendor statement reconciliation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Ability to work in excel as well as other accounting software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    • Education / Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous account payable experience preferred
