We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Participate in the weekly team meetings
- Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom
- Host at least 3 open houses a month, either with another team member or on your own
- Utilize Sierra International to the fullest
- Consistent, continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc, through Sierra International
Qualifications :
