Anesthesiology Physician

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;10;On Call Pay Rate : $315.25 - $341.25

This facility is seeking Anesthesiology Physicians for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & Requirements : Monday -Friday, 40 hours per week (will look at varying shift lengths) plus weeknight / weekend call
• Supervision vs Independent : Care Team 1 : 4 Medical Direction, will be doing own cases when on call
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications required : Board Certification
• Number of Operating Rooms : 13
• License Required or accepting IMLC : Active Kentucky license required
