Our People Make the Difference! Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Branch Manager!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining member and co-worker relationships, managing branch operations, processes and staff, by building on our team-focused environment which centers on providing a high-quality member service experience.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the following under indirect supervision from your manager :

• Responsible for planning, directing, organizing and overseeing operational activities of the branch, including branch sales, and branch security.
• Responsible for personnel management including hiring, training and development of staff.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills when issues arise.
• Maintain professional and positive public relations with members by actively participating in union functions.
• Maintain a current notary public certificate.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess :

Salary Range : $68,640 - $101,986

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Stockton.
