Major Responsibilities :

• Ensure a clean and safe operating environment using aseptic techniques.
• Prepare equipment, supplies, and instruments for surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team by anticipating needs, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Conduct environmental disinfection and manage operating room supplies.
• Transport patients and equipment with proper safety techniques.
• Maintain a knowledge of various procedures and equipment used in the operating room.

Required Qualifications :

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
• No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for new graduates!

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
• Must be able to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment safely and effectively.
