About Us :

Kerae Medical is a growing healthcare company dedicated to providing high-quality durable medical equipment (DME) that enhances comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service in a retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing payments, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and creating product displays.

Available Hours :

  • Monday – Friday : 11 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm.
  • Saturday & Sunday : 10 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm.

Job Duties :

  • Greeting customers, offering assistance, answering questions, and handling complaints.
  • Assisting customers with product selection, recommending items, and processing purchases.
  • Operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns.
  • Assisting with store opening / closing procedures, cleaning, and organizing the sales floor.

    • Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Experience in the medical equipment field.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Able to clearly communicate product information and assist customers with their needs.
  • Knowledgeable about products, able to make recommendations, and proficient in closing sales.
  • Inventory management.
  • Physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
