Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 777 / 777x Quality team is seeking dedicated Quality Specialists to join our dynamic team onsite in Everett, WA. As a quality specialist, you will play a crucial role in responding to, validating, and supporting speak-up cases, while also aligning with our program safety management. Our teams are currently hiring for experience levels 2 and 3 including Associate and Experienced Quality Specialist.

Position Responsibilities :

• Will participate fully on the 777 Speak-up, Quality Stand down resolution & Safety Management support team.
• Reviews, investigates, and manages Aerospace Safety Reports and Records, and regulatory, program and customer requirements.
• Monitors and facilitates quality assurance planning related to production products, processes and services.
• Maintains Quality and manufacturing directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.
• Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems.
• Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development.
• Assists with 777 program level audits when needed to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business regulatory and customer requirements.
• Documents investigation results in standard formats, and collaborates with all levels of program leadership.
• Works under general supervision.

Summary Pay Range (Level 2) : $77,350 - $104,650

Summary Pay Range (Level 3) : $100,000 - $127,650
