A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist (Analytics, Compliance & Systems Building).
Key Responsibilities
Standardize end-to-end HR processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
Prepare and validate payroll inputs for various jurisdictions while maintaining accurate payroll data
Build HR process infrastructure, including workflows and documentation, and develop core HR metrics and reports
Required Qualifications
3+ years in HR Operations, HR analytics, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-scaling tech or startup environment
Strong data and analytical skills with advanced Excel / Sheets abilities
Experience in multi-country payroll preparation or payroll data management
Ability to build processes and choose tools without an existing HRIS
Strong process-orientation and documentation skills
